The beginning
Katrin was born in an idyllic village at the edge of the Thuringian Forest in the middle of Germany. There she grew up with chickens, cats, rabbits, this and that person and many, many cows. As a little girl she has already loved painting pictures and in doing so making up fanciful stories.
